Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q01Which country is TPTrades from, and who regulates it?
The parent company is TP Trades Group Co., Ltd., registered in the Union of Comoros (Registration No. HY01123063). It holds license T2023419 from Mwali and is an NFA member. This model is common among brokers serving Southeast Asian clients. For more details on the corporate structure, see the about page.
Q02What documents are required to open an account?
A national ID card (or passport) and a selfie holding the ID. Upload these in the system after registration. This KYC process is done once and approved on a business day. It is recommended to complete it before your first deposit.
Q03What is the minimum age, and can I use someone else's ID?
You must be at least 18 years old and open the account using only your own documents. Withdrawals are processed by transferring funds back to a bank account or e-wallet that matches the account holder's name.
Q04What is the minimum deposit in Baht?
The Cent account starts at $5 (approx. 180 THB), Standard at $20, and ECN at $500. I suggest not comparing this to your income, but rather to the readiness of our trading system.
Q05How do I deposit with USDT, and are there fees?
The deposit page in the system provides a dedicated USDT wallet address for your account. You can transfer from an exchange or personal wallet directly. TPTrades does not charge a deposit fee; the network fee is the standard blockchain cost. Funds appear in the account within ten seconds.
Q06How many hours does it take to withdraw funds?
According to the terms: amounts up to $5,000 are processed within 8 hours, and amounts exceeding that within 12 hours. Based on my experience and those of friends I referred, most withdrawals are faster than these timeframes.
Q07Can I really use EAs, bots, scalping, and hedging?
Yes, for all account types with no strategy restrictions. There is no minimum distance for SL/TP, no limit on pending orders, and no limit on the number of simultaneous open orders. The Standard account is specifically designed for EA users.
Q08Does 1:500 leverage apply to gold?
No. Leverage varies by asset class: Forex 1:500, Gold 1:300, CFDs 1:200, and Crypto 1:7. This is the standard for all brokers that separate margin requirements by asset group.
Q09Do I have to pay tax on trading profits?
I cannot answer this on behalf of the Revenue Department. In principle, trading profits are considered supplementary income subject to tax obligations under Thai law. It is recommended to keep withdrawal slips and consult an accountant for your specific case.
Q10What should I do if I forget my password or cannot log in?
Click the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page, or contact TPTrades' 24-hour Thai support team. If you are a friend who opened an account through my link, you can message me on LINE first, and I will help you.
Q11How is this website related to XM seen on other sites by Prof. Bom?
They are unrelated. XM is one of the brokers I reviewed on icafeforex.com, while siamtp.com is a dedicated partner site for TPTrades. They are clearly separate, and suitability varies by broker.
Q12I am bored and want to close my account. What should I do?
Withdraw your remaining balance first, then contact the support team to request account closure. There is no account closure fee. I like to keep it simple: our money must always be withdrawable. This is the criterion I use to select every broker.
